Delivery and Returns

We aim to send out orders the day they were made.

We post out Monday to Friday, and Saturday until 11am.

Delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days from the date of ordering.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your package has been dispatched.

At busy times of the year, such as Christmas, Easter and Valentine's Day, we may not be able to guarantee this turn around, so if you require goods urgently please do contact us first.

Next day delivery with EVRI  - £5.34

To guarantee delivery the following day, please place your before 1pm.

Orders placed on a Friday (after 1pm), Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, highland and islands or rural postcodes, may take longer than 2 working days.

Eco Packaging

We have stopped sending paper invoices with orders, but if you would like one sent via email then please let us know.

All of our packaging is plastic free, and please reuse our cardboard boxes. We reuse our cardboard boxes whenever possible, otherwise they go in our compost bin.

Our soap wraps and balm tins are either recycled, compostable and can be further recycled or refilled.

If you change your mind after placing an order

You are legally entitled to cancel an order before it is dispatched. As we usually aim to dispatch the same day we receive an order, you will have only have a small window of opportunity. It's best to contact us as soon after you have placed your order. If your order has already been dispatched you can return them to us within 14 days for a full refund excluding postage costs.
